Steps for booking:

1. We will send the contract by email as pdf-document. (sample contract: www.service-hannover.de/_pdf/sample.pdf )

2. Please sign the contract and send it back to us as a fax.

3. After both parties (the landlord and tenant) have signed the contract, every side gets the other contract signed.

4. We will send a bill /confirmation by email. Please transfer 50% of the total amount by banktransfer. !!
We have a payment methode for the deposit. transfer methode : banktransfer or www.paypal.com You can pay via creditcard over (www.paypal.com) . That is cheaper than the normal bankfees in most cases.
