In the attic of our house we have a room with own bath and own kitchen, which we to fairs or on time letting. In the room a comfortable sleepcouch* is located (140 x 200 cm). A television (Sat), to go a stereo system and the possibility by WLAN into the InterNet (DSL) is present. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower. In the roomy corridor is located a desk, which can be used very well as job. The kitchen is completely equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink). Here cannot only be had breakfast. For the fair guests we make everything available for a rich breakfast to the self-service. There are freshly up-baked rolls between 7:00 and 7:30 am posed on the kitchen table. Nearly 40 square meter is to the guest in our attic at the disposal. 16 square meter apartment/sleep area, 11 square meter kitchen, 4 square meter bath and 8 square meter corridor. Here may be also smoked, but please only in the kitchen!!! *when desired also a correct bed with slat frameworks and cold foam mattress is available in 90 x 200 cm and can be placed also in the room.
